Does joining cost anything?
No. Joining is free and there are no monthly fees. We only charge a commission on each confirmed visit.
Who uploads my experiences?
We do. We list you with photos, descriptions, prices and times for every experience you want to offer.
How do I manage bookings?
From your winery dashboard: see them as a list or a calendar, accept them, propose another date, or cancel with a message for the guest.
What if I cannot take a booking?
Propose another date or decline it. The guest is not charged until you accept, so nobody is out of pocket.
When do I get paid?
Each month you receive the settlement for every visit booked through Enolovers, with the commission already deducted.
Can I publish events and gifts?
Yes. We publish your dated events (harvests, concerts, special tastings), and your experiences can be gifted. A gift is redeemed at your winery with a QR code.
