Giving is as easy as booking

Choose the experience
Open the experience or event you like, tap "Gift this" and choose how many people it is for.

Say who it is for
Their name, their email and, if you like, a message. No need to sign up.

Pay and you are done
As soon as the payment goes through, we email them the gift and send you the receipt.

Pick a date and enjoy
With the link in the email they choose language, day and time from the available dates, and the winery confirms the booking.
Some wineries handle visits themselves: in that case the recipient shows a QR code at the winery and agrees the date with them.

Redeem it from the email
Open the email "Tienes un regalo de Enolovers" (gift emails are sent in Spanish) and tap "Canjear mi regalo" to choose a date. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or write to us and we will help.

How long do they have to use the gift?
One year from purchase. The exact date is in the email they receive.
What exactly do they receive?
An email with your name, the experience, your message and a link to choose the date and redeem the gift.
Can they choose the day?
Yes. They choose language, day and time from the winery's available dates, and the winery confirms the booking.
Do I need an account to give a gift?
No. We only ask for your name and email to send you the receipt.
Does giving cost more than booking?
No. You pay the same as booking the experience, which is the same as at the winery.
Can I give an event?
Yes. Every event page has a "Gift this" button, and the recipient chooses the session they want to attend.
